Why I do this the way I do.
Before I ever sold a home, I was a father and a neighbor here in San Clemente, and I still lead with that. My background is in brand strategy, which is really the art of positioning: pricing, story, and getting the right people to pay attention. I am also an active real estate investor, so I know how to look at a property and read the risk and the value before falling in love with it. I bring both of those to the people I work with, and I will tell you what I would do if it were my own money.
